Mother's Day Goodies

From Joe and the kids:

Ever After dvd (one of my favorite movies); cucumber melon candle; pearl bracelet (to match Spenser's bracelet and the necklace Joe gave me for my birthday); and a lovely basket (I love baskets!). The candy came from the nursery at church. It had a little note that read "rocky roads lead to joy."

Then Joe and the children gave me a drink mixer for milkshakes ... I really think this was for them. It will be fun.

These are some of the things the boys (Taylor & Carter) made for me at school.

Dear Mom,

I love you so much. I wish I could be with you! I hope you and the baby in your belly will be strong and healthy! I'm happy you are my mother!

My mom loves it when I get Spenser out of the crib without her telling me to. Other things, too!

If I could give my mom something special, it would be lots of hugs and kisses and other special stuff, too!

The funniest thing I remember about my mom is when she pretends to "fant!" (faint, but I thought it said fart!). It is so funny when she "fants." (I wonder what the teacher thought about that one!!!)

My mom looks prettiest when she is outside! She is so "pritty" I could just "fant!" (How freakin' cute!)

My favorite thing about my mom is when she hugs me! When she talks to me, too!

I want to say, "Thank you, Mom!" for talking to me! Other things, too!

Aren't my boys so sweet?!?!? I'm so lucky!!!

This is the photo bracelet we made for Joe's mother. It has 6 frames, enough for each child and the sonogram picture of our little boy. Sorry it's so blurry, but you get the idea. (We laminated the pictures before putting them inside the bracelet.)

Other goodies not pictured: Money from Joe's parents (bought a maternity skirt with it) and pretty pink potted flowers from church.
