Rainbow Legs

The weather is getting chillier, but my girl still loves to wear her skirts. Just like her mama. When I saw Sarah's post on leg warmers, I knew it was the thing for Spenser.

I used a $3 pair of socks from Walmart (with pompoms!) and the idea from this tutorial and in minutes (really, just minutes) Spenser was sporting a new pair of Rainbow Legs. I am trying not to call them "BablyLegs," because, as she reminds me often, she is not a baby.

And these are just some of the outtakes. I love this girl more and more everyday. I suppose she just might need a pair to go with her Halloween tutu.

What a great idea! I also like the pumpkin chalkboard. I might try that one for the grandchildren. They would love that.

Lera, you HAVE to make these for Audrey! I'll pay whatever you want, just get them to me! LOL! She would die if she saw these, they're so cute.

I just made some of these for Gina and Adler, but Spencer's are ROCKIN'! I think I need to go to walmart! I just used some I got on clearance at Target last year (I was going to make some sock monkeys, but these were WAY easier* LOL)!
*loved more too I think.

She is so adorable.
This is a great idea. Sometimes I wish my girls were little again so I could make these kinds of things for them. Ragan would probably wear them now but when you have legs that go on for days, I don't think I could find a long enough pair....:(
I am looking forward to seeing the ones you make to go with her costume!

O.m.g. those faces are killing me.
Today was crazy sock day for Aidin at school. She went with striped knee socks and capris. WaHoo!

Love 'em! I made some of these for BBJ (and all of her friends!!) last year, but I'm having an AWFUL time this year finding socks that will fit her! Even adult socks just don't seem long enough to go much past her knees. (?!) I know you said you found your socks at WalMart, but...where??
