A Tee with Flair

One* clearance tee +

a little ruffle =

a tee with flair.

*I actually purchased two clearance tees (one in my size and one in XL for extra fabric to make the ruffle). Total cost? $5. Sweet.

You are so smart! I just finished a top that has a similar ruffle around the neck, but it's from a pattern. No pricier-the pattern was a Jo-Ann's $1.99 special and the fabric was vintage, given to me by my MIL.

I know how to make the ruffles, but do you think ribbon could make the same type of ruffle? I have tons of aqua ribbon left over from my wedding and I'd love to use it on a shirt I have...
