My Lucky Week

It must be my lucky week!
Yesterday I received a package from Tasha. She was having a 100th-post giveaway. And I won! I never win anything. Ever. But not this time. Not only did I win the giveaway, I scored big!
Tasha sent me the Hawaiian rice fabric, and two most adorable banana fabrics. They are wearing grass skirts and are doing the hula, the limbo, and dancing (or "shaking"). It's absolutely adorable. In fact, as soon as I opened it up, Mason yelled, "Make me something from this!" He loved the orange fabric and Spenser grabbed the pink fabric.
She also sent two candy bars that just scream "Hawaii" to me! Yum! I have been ever so patient not to eat them so I could take their picture first. So, now that I've done that, I might have one for breakfast.
Thank you, Tasha! It was a very nice treat. And the boys were so happy to hear a package came "all the way from Hawaii!"

On the family front. Taylor fell off his bed (somehow) on Wednesday night and cut and punctured his head on the corner of his dresser. He had to go to the hospital and get a stitch. Just one. Last night he started to lose his voice and woke up this morning with a croupy cough. He stayed home from school. Spenser woke up, too, with croupy coughing. Carter walked into our bedroom this morning and is starting to lose his voice. He went to school. (I've had a sore throat off and on for a week with a chest cough. I guess I'm the one who started it.)
*Blogger is taking out my linespacing again. Does anyone else have this very random problem?*

Yea for good mail! All the way from Hawaii! And in belly dance language, that shaking dance step is a hip shimmy. I don't know if that translates to Hawaiian or not. Hope you and all the wee ones are feeling well and soon! Have a good weekend! And we haven't had a cheeky picture of Spenser in a while. :)

what do you man by line spacing? are you adding spaces (returns) between paragraphs and it's ignoring them?

Well, I never win anything either (except for a flashlight doorprize in college) and I'm still waiting to win something! :o) Nice goodies - have fun with that fabric.
